Wow. It’s been over 5 years since the last post. That’s definitely a long time. Almost too long, but not quite.
The USA has been a scandal-ridden cesspool of incompetence, malice and stupidity. But we made it great again. Russia has invaded Ukrain for the 2nd time, we’re closer to a new world war then ever and are chasing our ex-allies away with bullying all over the place. But we’re also heroic warriors winning bigger and bigger all the time. AI is taking all of our jobs. But also making us all filthy rich. Also, COVID covered half of those 5 years.
It’s been truly whiplash inducing.
I’ll revive this blog in the coming weeks, but in the meantime, I really need to make a audiobook recommendation for everyone who needs to soothe the pain, as it were.
